Anybody use red heart for anything? I have a block of red heart I got from Woodcraft that I thought would be good for a rosette... maybe some other things...

Is red heart the same thing as bloodwood? I think I've seen somewhere that they are, and bloodwood works well for B&Ss and fretboards. It's a little heavy for bridges or necks, but should work fine for anything else.

edit: Nevermind, they are completely different species, although they seem to be pretty similiar in physical properties.
