I build an X braced version patterned after Gibson's LG 3/4 size. I build them as double strung tenor guitars, but they were originally 6 strings. What do you need in the way of a plan?

Are you looking for a 3/4 size tuned to standard or higher? I built a 3/4 size guitar tuned 4 semi tones high that sounds pretty good. I made the top around 2mm with 6mm wide X brace, 1 finger brace each side and 3 fan braces instead of tone bars. It's been strung for about 7 months and has slight bellying, but nothing to worry about. I did actually use carbon buttress braces as well, but that was because of the double cutaway... Hope that helps. You can see the build here: viewtopic.php?f=10134&t=38819

There are always the "3/4 Size similar to Martin Style 5 Guitar Plans" by Scott Antes at:

http://www.pilgrimsprojects.biz/product ... r-plans-s6

I have not built from them, but I've seen a lot of discussions of them. They are typically critiqued as being overbraced. I don't remember if this is the one with the top braces shown reversed, i.e., left-handed. If you use these plans you should search the forum for discussions of them, as most people report that they benefit from some modifications.

Here's another option for a Taylor GS Mini style....

I dunno if that's officially a 3/4 size. Maybe 25/32 size

I have Tenor guitar plans available if anyone is interested. Could be adapted to a 6 string if needed by just adjusting neck measurements. 23 inch scale.
