A couple of weeks ago, I used my new Fuji T series spray gun for the first time, and noticed that there was a small crack where the cup threads to the gun, causing a small leak. I called Fuji and explained the problem. About a minute after sending a picture of the crack, they replied that a replacement would be send asap. About 15 min. later, I got another email saying it was being shipped that day!

The service rep. that I spoke with asked for my impressions on the T gun, compared to the XPC, and any other feedback that I could offer, for future development. I called them on a Tuesday and received the replacement on Thursday. Unfortunately, they sent a 1000cc cup instead of a 600cc. When I told them about the mistake, they said to keep it, and I had the right one Sat. morning.
I can't say enough about the Fuji customer service that I experienced!

Alex

Hmmm, that luthier sure is suspect Todd. He's probably one of those paid actors. Did you see those chisels hanging on the wall, I could see 4 of them needed sharpening. beehive A pro luthier like you would never have a dull chisel hanging on the wall like that! Likely a sound stage too. laughing6-hehe

(awesome work!)
