I'm super excited! Last week I went to the Busy Bee Tools http://www.busybeetools.com 3 day woodworkers tool sale to pick up a few odds and sods. When I got there I discovered a brand new Fuji display that wasn't there the last time I was there. and better yet - they had a special sale on! Now you have to know my wife. Once we get into November, she absolutley forbids me from buying just about everything because I ruin all of her Xmas ideas. Well I had an Xmas idea of my own that day. :D $415 later, I'm the proud new owner of a Fuji Semi-Pro 2 gravity fed spray system! Woot! But she won't let me open the bloody thing until Xmas!!!!!!! [headinwall] Am I the only husband suffering from this, or can I find comfort knowing that a few of you are in the same boat as I?

No Rob...you're not the only one...I have a brand spanking new Laguna bandsaw that I can't even set up. I just get to look at the crate all sealed up. Somehow though, my wife needed her birthday gift three weeks early because it was raining (it's a raincoat she wanted) and she thought she would melt without it.

Well I'm glad to see I'm in good company! Lol A Laguna bandsaw huh? Nice! Personally I think it's cruel and unusual punishment. Just imagine if you had told her she couldn't have that rain jacket early..... I shudder at the thought.

On a similar note, about 5 years ago I was watching an ebay auction for a Les Paul Studio with the standard broken head stock. I forgot to bid on it, and kicked myself when it when for about $370. When I opened my gift on Christmas morning, there it was! Three weeks later, it was all fixed and ready to go. Wives can be very sneaky!
