Hi, I recently used Zpoxy for the first time. I have done a first application to the top and sides. The instructions say 2 hours until it can be handled, but that is for using it with fiberglas cloth, in order to trim it to the mold.
How long do I need to wait before I can flip it on it's face and fill the back?

If the instructions say anything about fiberglass cloth you might want to check that you are using "finishing resin" not a laminating resin. I know Z-Poxy makes both and the advice you get here is going to be for their finishing resin.

When I use it I let it sit overnight and make sure the room is reasonably warm....above 65F.

When I use zpoxy I like to do all the coats in a single day. One in the morning one in the afternoon and one in the evening if needed.I read it bonds to itself better that way. That means you have to do the entire body at each coating. A pain but not to bad. I put a handle where the neck will go and just hold it up to put the coats on then hang to dry.

I know that wasn't the question but I'm just saying.....

PS: the other thing I do is warm the surface before coats with a hair dryer. They say that, and applying during low humidity conditions, is the best way to avoid amine blush and bloom.
