How close to the actual body shape and dimensions is the Scott Antes plan to the Gibson J-185? I am not so interested in the bracing, just body shape and size?

Thanks,
Chuck

As you know the J-185 is a rare guitar. I have never seen one in person. I have Antes J-185 plans and the dimensions correlate to those published in "Gibson's Fabulous Flat-tops". If you use the Antes plans, you will certainly have a recognizable J-185.
