Winter Grain Englmann

A customer recently told me about a few guitars he had played that had "Winter Grain Englmann" tops. He described the tone of these guitars to be similar to very good Adi guitars he had played with the same body style. I'm not looking to debate the validity of different tops, grain characteristics, or even how suppliers label them. I just want to know if anyone has come across a supplier selling tops labeled "Winter Grain Englmann".

Sorry, I know you're not looking for a debate on this, but I hear things like that all the time and I don't understand how people can say them. Surely, the tone is produced by the builder, not the wood species? Most guitars (especially factory ones) sound so similar it's impossible to say what impact the wood has when there is an almost infinite number of other variables. idunno
