I'm in Columbus... As a opt-in service, it seems to me that setting up map might be a nice feature here. Even just listing your general location could make it much easier to find other local builders to be in touch with.

I agree with listing your location or at least an approximate one. The first time I opened this forum in 2007, I spotted a familiar and nearby town in a members post. I PM'd him and we formed an immediate friendship. I know some are concerned about security and all but it's great when you can meet fellow members.

I would be willing to drive 100 miles and work for free just to learn from some one. I'm 12 miles north of dayton.
