Is there a good app for this? And Tapatalk used to ask me if I wanted to upload to the forum, but after I tried to upload too big a file, it does'nt even give me the option now??

I just downloaded an app called Photo Editor. After some fiddling with it was able to resize pics.

Also there was a Photo Editor app already installed on my galaxy tab 2 when I bought it. It is more user friendly than the one I downloaded. I duspect you can download it from Samsung.
