I'm not authorised to read that forum.

I just bought some off eBay.

I might get some more. anyway I can look at these somehow? I'm building some OM sized guitars, so that would be cool.

You could always just pay the $0.99 per month that the rest of us pay to have access to the Classifieds. Just a thought.

 So did I. But if you were cruising the 'bay, then why didn't you fight me for that super awesome quartered set? I was expecting it to sell for twice what I paid bliss

Peter, that 4 piece back set looks great. I've spent way too much money on wood this month already, but it's still gonna be hard to resist if nobody else snaps it up soon pizza

Did you get that flamed set?

Looked like wlanut or indian to me. He's only 3 hours away so I was thinking about driving down there to get it.

Hmm, I don't remember seeing any particularly nice flamed sets, but I usually don't bother with them anyway since they always look so crackly. This is the set I got (the colors on the back are more symmetrical on the other side, but has some saw marks to sand out)

That's a nice set, but the knotty things in the sides scared me. I'm too chicken to bend stuff like that.

At least it's real. I'm returning the one I bought as it's actually East Indian rosewood. Let's see how the other two I got from someone else turn out.
