i laminated this last winter, along with another. got the headstock basically carved out 99% on the other...finally decided to glue this up tonight. center strip is rosewood i believe. "mahogany" from Menards. it looks and acts like mahogany, anyway, and thats what they call it....

nyazipp: It sounds like no one would accuse you of hurrying your current project. Guess, I have no room to talk, as I'm going on year 4 of my brother's classical guitar. I would caution you (as would others) to save that bottle of antique Titebond for fabricating molds and/or jigs, and buy a new one for guitar construction. Glue is such a tiny part of the total materials cost that it makes no sense to risk failure ruining the entire project for lack of using fresh glue.
Good luck and enjoy.
