Can anyone provide the waist and upper bout dimensions of a Taylor grand auditorium? The website lists the lower bout as 16" and overall length of 20". I'm a thousand miles away from one, so your help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Laurie

My list of dimensions says 11 1/2" upper bout, and either 9 1/2 or 9 5/8" waist. But I can't remember if I ever actually measured one, or just calculated it from a photo online, proportionally from the 16" lower bout.

Thanks, I'm looking to develop a bracing scheme for a GA. I have a 12 series bracing plan (thanks Kathy) that i want to modify.

Hi! I just found the tiny photo of Taylor's Grand Auditorium bracing plan from their site (it was a bit hard to find, as it's an old part of their site) --- that's what I did when I was trying to see what the bracing style was on the Grand Concert style I did. It's a tiny photo --- but what I did was enlarge it large enough (I think I made it around 8-1/2" x 11"), so I could kind of graph it out, and then size it to fit the GC dimensions. In case you haven't found it yet, here it is

OOPS --- I can't remember how to attach the photo!!! Help, anyone?

    Well, let's try this:
