I doubt what you're looking for exists, since the OM is a 14 fret long scale version of the 000.
In recent years they may have made something they called an OM with 12 frets to the body, but originally the difference between the 000 and the OM was the number of frets to the body.

You'd be looking for a Norman Blake 000 style which is an OM body with a 12-fret neck. John Hall could probably help you.

"Orchestra Model" is a Martin term for a 14-fret guitar with a solid headstock. Though "OM" was only stamped on a 000-size guitar with the long scale, the catalogs used the term for all 14-fret models, both long and short scale.
Typically, Martin 12-fret bodies are longer than the 12-fret versions.
If you want the traditional 12-fret 000 with the longer body, I have a pattern from a 1926 000-18.
