Had a nephew visit over the holidays. He was perusing one of my guitars, and upon seeing the sound port asked, "what's this for" ?

"It's a vacuum port" I explained. "It's there so I can clean the wooly boogers out without having to take off the strings". "Really?" he asked? "Yep, those wooly boogers make the guitar sound bad. This makes it a lot easier to clean em out". laughing6-hehe

LOL...

Let's just hope that he doesn't decide to help out 'ole Uncle Jim and actually stick a vacuum inside there and then block the soundhole.....

Let's just say that it's pretty spectacular way to remove the top from a guitar....

Thanks
