All the veneer sheets I'm finding are only 36" in length. I would like 42". Anyone know where I might find some? Also looking for unslotted bloodwood bridge pins. Clinton

Check out Ebay. Put in "Wood Veneer" and you have a huge choice of material. Most of the time you will even fine black dyed veneer for makeing BWBW (etc) purfling. There is one seller in North Carolina and a couple in Indiana and Kentucky who have a great selection of material. Many of the Ebay sellers represent architectural veneer dealers and sell their odds and ends or orphan sheets. Give it a try.

Carlton's in Atlanta has a quite a selection of large sheets. You might want to give them a try.

I was gonna suggest them.
They used to sell big pieces called "door skins".

Any decent hardwood shop should have veneers in 8 or 10 foot lengths .. a couple here in Ontario have lots.
