I am going to make some radius profiles / gauges and get the drawn out by CAD on a A0 sheet

What are the most common radius's ?

most Fender electrics are 241 mm/9.5 inch...the old ones are 184 mm/7.25", which is a little too round for me personally

every inch from about 7" up to 22" and flat for some classicals.

In inches 7.25, 9.5, 10, 12, 16, and 20, the most common ones.

I use 15' for backs and 28' for tops but i have seen up to 62' for tops that are flatter.

between 25' and 28', only a few thousands difference.
