I want some tinted transparent plastic sheets to make templates for laying out the braces on the three types of guitars I'm building. I want some about the thickness of the plastic binders you see in school supplies. Anyone know a good source for these?

I don't know if they have specifically what you are looking for, but Tap Plastics is likely to have something you can use.

http://www.tapplastics.com/

Of course it would help if you were close enough to go into a store to browse, but if not, I'm sure if you called them they can help you...

If not at Tap (I use the one on Sandy Blvd, there's Columbia Art and Drafting on NE Burnside, and then for a serious plastics store you'll have to go to Multi-Craft Plastics in SW.
