I hear a big tornado just hit at or near Oklahoma City. After seeing what happened in Joplin I hope Ok City gets by relatively unscathed. Now they are warning in Dallas...my mom and sister are there.

Surreal. I wouldn't live anywhere in that area without a cement closet in the basement. Destructive + arbitrary = terrifying.

Thanks for asking. We are all fine. They hit all around us, tearing things up pretty good, but didn't hit us.

Gotta love spring in Oklahoma!

Actually John, it is a love/hate relationship! I spent 4 said springs in Lawton. Loved the prairie flowers, sunsets etc, but hated to see the clouds coming! Stood on my pastor's front porch and watched 4 funnels on the ground at once!

My sister and her family live in Ada, OK, was worried when I heard about the tornadoes and glad they are fine.

John, I didn't realize you are out of Norman - I was in Norman/Noble about a month ago checking out a Chiropractic office there, planning on moving to the area once I'm done with school here in Oregon (gotta get away from the ridiculous politics here).

Just glad this one wasn't as devastating as the one in Joplin...
