Does anyone know who sells a rosette/circle cutter like this one, preferably in the US?

LMI makes a nice manual one similar to that, but it's steel, not brass if I recall correctly.

Thanks Darrel. LMI’s rosette cutter looks interesting. I was hoping to find one like the one pictured but I may end up just making a simple version out of wood.
