Hello all! Anyone know of a source for tulipwood binding strips? I'd like to avoid having to buy a large (and expensive!) hunk of it. Thanks!!

You might try Gilmer as I know they stock tulipwood and they may have some cut up for binding that they don't have displayed on their site.

I bought some from Bob C. a couple years ago. Check with him.

I got some from BobC a few years back as well. If you cant find any, I may be willing to part with the set I have, 7 pc. I got it on a whim and haven't paired it up with any BS sets in my master list. Cool wood, just hasn't clicked with anything I have yet.

Thanks, all! Zach, I'll keep it in mind. Leave it to me to come up with a design using unavailable rare wood...
