Yes, they can be slow to respond, particularly if between issues. Not much staff there.

My experience has been that reminders are sometimes required to get the requested service. So, if several weeks have gone by you might want to follow up.

I got my 2010 American Lutherie magazines that I ordered in the last hours of 2010 a couple of weeks ago. I think I was a member for about 12 hours (because I’m a deadbeat). But there is a sign of recent activity from the GAL.
