I need a OM sized set of Granadillo (Platymiscum Yucatanum ). Used to be some around but I can't find any, anywhere.
Anyone know of a supplier or have a set they will part with.
Thanks,

You might try calling Hibdon Hardwood, they don't list it on their guitar wood page (they did used to sell it), but they still list it in their general hardwoods.

They haven't had any in quite a while. I have tried all the usual sources with no luck.

I frequently see wide boards in specialty lumber yards. If you cannot find a set elsewhere, you might try searching those yards. Many have resaw capability.

I have tried all the specialty yards. Gilmers, Hearneshardwoods, Eisenbrand, etc., etc. No luck, no deal. Some have it listed but don't have any. Where have you seen it ? (I have resaw capability)

Link,

I've seen it at Paxton Lumber in the past. Also, you might want to give THESE GUYS a call. They've always got a great supply of all the tropical exotics. They're located in Carlsbad, CA.

I'm not near you, so it would not help to tell you where I have see it, but many places. It's not always in stock, but pops up frequently. Even Woodcraft has it sometimes. Anyway, it sounds from another post that you have someone to trade. Good luck.
