I know I still owe a few of you items from the auctions. A couple of people are still waiting on initial packages, and there are a few more of you that either had items mis-shipped to the wrong people, items that were not in your original packages, or a couple auctions that were missed.

Here is a status on what remains:

Kent –We have discussed this in email and I am still good with our plan
Brad – I own you 2 BRW fbs
Nick – I owe you 2 BRW fbs.
Tim – I owe you 3 BRW fbs.

I need to get down to my storage area and get these for you. I spend my week in Cincy and I will get them for you this weekend and have them shipped next week.

I shipped a big batch of stuff earlier in the week, mostly international orders, and you should all be receiving them within them in the next week – 10 days (barring how long customs takes). They were all shipped USPS priority.

Status of other items:

Bud Kincaid – I owe you a set of EIR that was missed
Paul H – I owe you a red set of EIR that was missed.
Richard Wallis – the set of CM that I missed shipped this week
Zach – I owe you a matching QS side from the shipping mistake. I have what I think is the mate. I am going to photograph it and send it to you to be sure before I send it.
Ed Bond – I got the set of walnut back early this week and put the bearclaw spruce with it and shipped it today.
Ken C – I have your spruce. It will go out tomorrow.
ChuckH – I think that set of Koa that got shipped to you by mistake is Shane’s but I need to see it first. I PM’d you earlier in the week about it.


There are also a couple of items I need additional info on:

I have a set of black ebony that I need an address on. An email is out about this and it is ready to ship as soon as I hear back.

I have a misc. of walnut that I need to run down an owner on (not your set Ed). Truthfully, unless someone claims it, I will make it a priority to get the above items out first before digging into this, but I will get it to it’s rightful owner.

And if I owe you shirts / subs, new batch of shirts should be finished at the printer next week. I will these out as soon as I have them.

If I owe you something and it is NOT on this list, please EMAIL ME at brock at polingguitars dot com. I locked this topic to try to keep all communication about this to email. That will be the fastest way to get a hold of me and the easiest way for me to get you what I owe you. It is very helpful to have everything in one place that is easy to get to and easy to keep track of.


Out of the hundreds of packages that I shipped, I really am down to the end. Again I apologize for the miserable service. I will do something to try and make this up to all of you and the community in general for putting up with this fiasco after I get everything to the right people.
