Awhile back, there was a post asking, "Who does your finishing?" There seemed to be a consensus of recommendations for high quality spray finishing. Some of you may also be interested in farming out your French polish work. I don't know anyone who does a better French polish finish than Haiying Jiang, who works here in California. Her customers include Ervin Somogyi, Santa Cruz Guitar (Haiying French polished the top on a custom Brazilian rosewood guitar for Tony Rice), and Kenny Hill. Haiying doesn't do email, and her English is a little eccentric, but I can pass along inquiries if anyone is interested.
