For those who spray nitro with a fuji or other HVLP, is it better to get the 1mm tip rather than the 1.4 mm that usually comes with their guns?

I use a Fuji, I originally sprayed with the #3 tip that came with but switched to a #4 which I like. I'm not sure what the orifice dia is however.

the number 4 is 1.4 mm, and seems to be what comes with the gun now. Thanks, Paul
