If you had a T-Slot that locks at every mm or so you could basically build a manual cnc machine, i know it wouldn't be called a cnc machine, but does anyone know if something like this exists?

o my goodness, this:

http://www.incra.com/product_jfc_tracks.htm

is so cool!

I've only just glanced at it and I'm going to need to spend some time figuring out some details but I'm thinking of making an x-y type jig for a dremel specifically but possibly router too if it proves to be useful.

What are you hoping to do with this table that couldn't be done faster and more accurately with drilling and routing templates? It seems like it'll be a lot more work than a duplicarver, while delivering a lot less.
