charisacoustic.com has several woods in Gotoh replacement buttons.

Paul, It seems that Burton LeGeyt was making these too. You might ping him and see.

Burton builds some awful nice looking instruments also.

The beveled cutaway is the first I've seen.
Anyone else doing it? Look cool!

Looks nice also and doesn't take away much interior volume.

I do make buttons to fit the 510 series but the shape is the waverly shape. I mill the correct opening for the Gotoh shaft into that button. I think Charis is the only other option for woods beyond what LMI offers. I have made a few for people and the smaller button looks fine on the bigger Gotoh tuner but it does not mimic the look exactly.

On the side note (thanks for the kind words Nelson!), there are many people doing different versions of the bevelled cutaway. All of them look slightly different in how they allow for the hand to reach the upper frets and how they deal with the binding and purfling. I've only had the opportunity to play my own but I love seeing everyone else's work and would love the chance to see how they all feel. I have also seen a combination of regular cutaway and bevelled cutaway done very handsomely by Bill Tippin and Gerald Sheppard.
