A fellow luthier and long time Ozarks legend passed away this week. John Wynn made beautiful mandolins and banjos as well as doing lots of repair work. Cancer final got the best of him. He died at the age of 72. Here is an article from our local paper:

There is a rumor that his son might be taking over the business. It is something to watch for. Maybe Wynn mandolins will be around for another generations.
