Has anyone seen one of these?

It's basically a circle cutter with an integral plastic shield that catches any and all debris or dusts, and allows operation with a hand drill. It sounds like a good idea because the plastic shield not only catches any dangerous debris but it keeps the cut square so that you don't have to use a drill press. I just wonder if that would work with cutting out soundholes...

My sounhole cutter is a popsicle stick(or a soundboard scrap) with a little replaceable blade and a nail. Works great every time. No dust or dangerous debrits.

If its what I'm thinking of, its used for construction/remodeling. Great when you need to cut a hole in the ceiling for a light. Keeps the plaster out of your eyes.
