That's also the size of a fret slotting mill, if you run out of rosettes and the TiAlN is still holding strong

Thurston Mfg. can hook you up. http://www.thurstonmfg.com/ I got a .035" 6" dia. cutting saw with a 5/8" arbor for under $50 with shipping.

The one I got has 10 teeth per inch. Shape wise, it was one of the cut-off saws http://www.thurstonmfg.com/cut-off-saws.html. I explained what I was using it for and they made it and sent it to me.
