In a Dutch auction, doesn't the price drop continuously until somebody buys the item?

This one looked like a 'fixed price' sale, not an auction, to me.

Then again, there were lots of buyers for the items at the starting price, it seemed.

I guess I was under the assumption that there were limited quantity and it was a "grab them while you can" type of auction.
