I'll be back again this year with 3 or 4 instruments. It is a great show!

I'll be there, too, with a harp-guitar, a new archtop classical for the 'Ste-Cat' collection, and a 'local woods' classical, at least!

I'll be there, most likely with 3 guitars.

I'd love to be showing my stuff there, but apparently they don't have any room for me. I've been requesting to participate for the last three years and it seems I'm still on the 'waiting list'...

bummer...

I applied this year with the same answer, the guy also said something about a contacting a selecting committee but no mention of who they are or how to contact them.

Don't feel bad-I have been trying to get into the Woodstock Invitational show for two years-It's only an hour away from me-same problem.

Apparently there are more people who want to go to these shows than there is room.

Untill someone drops out or they go to a bigger show(which they may not want to do) we are chopped liver.

They only have room for about 120 or so builders .... until someone who is one the recall list, ie, that years exhibitors, decides not to return (for instance David Berkowitz decided that he would go to Healdsburg, and not Montreal last year), no spots open up. So when spots open up, they use the wait list to fill them. Its possible someone may cancel out at the last minute, and then its a rush to fill the spot.

just like the other shows, there are only so any spots .... cant say aboutthe other two, but here returning builders get preference.

I just called the contact for the Montreal show and the woman who answered the phone said that you have to be "invited" to the show.

How does one get invited?
