Looking forward to seeing you . We will have a few Demos. Todd will show us how to sharpen again so we will have nice clean wounds for stitching , Jim Warwick will do a French Polish seminar . I will do a short inlay Demo. RC Tonewoods will be down and Colonial Tonewoods. I also will have some items on sale.
We will have a swap meet table so anyone may bring anything to sell or trade. I also will have a sound system so I hope we can have some music also. I think for meals we will do a simple Call for Pizza and Chinese . I will have hats and Tee shirts for sale. I want all to have fun. If you have a project and you are having an Issue bring it , we may be able to help and do a demo.
I also have DVDs now so Please come and visit. We have parking facilities and room. Grap a camera , you may see a Piliated woodpecker or a Bald Eagle . I want to see more socializing time this year and we hope to do this on an annual basis. Thanks again for helping us be a success. We couldn't do it without your support .
John & Brenda Hall

HI -

I might attend - depending on distance -

How far north of Harrisburg is this ? Todd how long does it take you to get up there. I am familiar with York and Harrisburg - and those are simple day trips.

Have fun all.

Todd's sharpening demo - it is on You Tube from last year - and it is pretty darn good -
taught me the basics -

The Hegins exit off rt 81 is at mile marker 112. I can hit Harrisburg in 45 minutes. We are hoping to see you all here. We have plenty of parking so don't worry about that. I would recommend you fill up outside our area as gas is usually 20 cents more a gallon here . We have a pizza shop here and chinese . We can also do a covered dish if you want .
We are flexible and will have standard soda and tea selection. I also can keep the coffee pots cranked up. I do have facilities in the shop and we are only 60 feet from the house.
Plan to attend and lets have some fun.

It'll be my first weekend back in the states after my sabbatical in Spain. What a great way to get back in the swing of things.

If I flew in, which airport would be best? It would likely mean an overnight stay for me as well so would need a hotel and rental car (best in the direction of the airport). Trying to decide if it's worth it for one day.......

Harrisburg (MDT) is the closest, but Allentown (ABE) and Wilkes-Barre/Scranton (AVP) are both decent facilities with rental cars and are nearly as close. If you're a pilot or you want to charter your own jet laughing6-hehe Schuylkill County /Joe Zerbey (ZNY) is only a few miles away.
