 Post subject: baritone Uke. questions.

I;m in the throes of making a 6 string Baritone ukulele with a s,l. of 19.5". Never having made such a short scale fixed fret instrument I could do with a 'ballpark' figure for string compensation - using Nylon/Nylgut.

My Hana Lima baritone plans call for 20 1/8" nut to saddle but I would check it out on the Stewmac fret calculator.

I've done a few tenor ukus (17")....and added 1/32-2/32" for string length comp. Might consider a wider saddle to fine tune at set-up.
