Hello..
I have a problem and its really annoying me.
I have an intonation problem with my guitar.
It NEVER used to be this bad but now, the lower E string and the B string have really bad intonation problems.
All of the other strings are fine, just those two.
The guitar played fine and then I let my friend borrow it for about a month and a half and he didn't have heat in his house and now that I have it back, it has terrible intonation.
These are the notes in standard tuning:

6th string open:E
12th harmonic:E
12th fret:E

5th string open:A
12th harmonic:A
12th fret:A

4th string open:D
12th harmonic:D
12th fret:D

3rd string open:G
12th harmonic:G
12th fret:G

2nd string open:B
12th harmonic:B
12th fret:Really low B

1st string open:E
12th harmonic:Doesn't work, I have to go to the 13th fret to get
the harmonic to sound. But when i sounds, its a perfect E.
12th Fret:Exactly an Eb.

Please, can anyone help me!?
This is driving me nuts!

You might start by putting a new set of strings on to make sure the problem is not within the strings.

Could it really just be the strings?

Oh yeah! Particularly if they've been over stretched or something. Plus, they have to be more than a couple of months old. That's pretty old for strings that have been played much.

Wow!
I'm going to be mega mad if I change these and find out that it was just the strings ^_^.
I'll feel so stupid lol.

Glad to hear your problem is solved.

Nice when it's a cheap simple fix isn't it?

Great. Nothing better than a simple solution.
