Who is knitting the T-shirts? It has been months now with no hint of delivery. The advertising still continues.

Is there an update on the t-shirts? I know I paid for mine in early September. Please let us know if this is happening, or if this is no longer happening, and money will be returned.

Thanks!

Glenn

I hear ya and sympathize too.

When I first started building guitars it took me a while to understand that many of the vendors who service us are not Wal-Marts with retail-link software and VMI (vendor managed inventory) utilizing JIT (just in time inventory) and electronic commerce with ASNs (advanced shipping notices) and EDI (electronic data interchange) while participating with an exchange leveraging economies of scale for releases against blanket purchase orders....

Instead there is often just Lance and sometimes his lovely wife Teresa too. As such getting our orders out can take a while at times because we are dealing with humans directly and not some corporate, automated technological machine.

Not making excuses and I have no view of what's happening but I just wanted to say that many of the folks that I deal with in the Lutherie biz are just one or a few folks. I once waited over 9 months for some purfs and I was actually OK with that because the vendor is my friend.

Anyway hang in there and I am sure that when the guys have some value to add to this question they will let us know.

BTW the T-shirts are GREAT and I love mine!!!!! :D

I wouldn't worry. Subscription favors are not high priority items. However, they always get it done, sooner or later, mostly later. :D

Understand, however, this isn't a subscription favor, rather a promotion from last August/September, requiring paypaling (hey, is that an verb?) cash - check above, under Deals and Sales.

I have no issues with length of time. However, some communication every now and then, or replying to PMs would be helpful :-). Just say, hey guys, we'll probably get these out in the next 6 months - then I am ok :-)

Thx!

Glenn

He made you wait nine months because you are his friend. It would have been quicker from a stranger. beehive

Sorry, I have these... and they are mostly boxed up ready to go. I just need to push it across the finish line. Sorry for the delay.
