Hello,
Would someone know if the Everett set-up DVD includes a section on fret levelling?

It does not cover fret installation, leveling, crowing, fret ends... It from the view of looking a an already built new or used guitar that needs set up tweeking. Covers "hello" to a guitar, truss rod adjustment, nut adjustment, saddle adjustment.

What DVD covers fretting including compound fretting dressing?
How do you measure the actual compound of an existing guitar?

Ronald, I'm not sure what "compound" fret dressing is but the Fret Basics DVD with Dan Erlywine is a good one. It covers fret dressing rather well. It's available at Stew Mac.

I think the OP is referring to a compound radius fretboard.

Don't think it's covered in "Fret Basics." I suggest a search on the Forum here.
