I'm wondering what size stiffeners I need for a 6 in. slotting blade. Lee Valley has 3 1/2" and 5" stiffeners.

Thanks

Josh

Yup 5". I actually prefer the forrest stiffners but when you need two (which you do), it gets expensive. So the others will work as well.

You don't necessarily need 2 with your blades Shane. I can only use the outside one with my saw because the blade will fall into the threads on the arbour. I seems to work just fine.
