Can someone give me a hint as to why I am unable to view any of the tutorial videas. They appear as a blank box with a small icon in the upper left corner. I used to be able to view them, and then suddenly not. Obviously I am lacking the proper software and need to know what it is. Thanks, Wendy

Are you able to view other Flash-based video on your computer? It would not hurt to download and install the latest Flash player software from Adobe: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?promoid=DXLUJ

I have heard of issues that people have on their computer where they need to completely uninstall whatever Flash player they already have (and that is not working properly), reboot, and then install the new Flash player. Try that in desperation if a simple update (that will overwrite your present install) does not fix the problem.
