I have some Martin tuners that are the worst tuners I have ever used so I ordered some 18:1 vintage style tuners. The bushing is too small for the hole. Do you guys just order some kind of special bushing or do you know some tricks to get it to fit?

You likely need the conversion bushings then .. were the old tuners the closed back style, with a threaded sleeve and washer ??? if so, then for sure the conversion bushings - Stew mac has them.....
