joint one edge
rip block in half on band saw
tilt band saw talble, rip off the two off cut wedges.
or
joint the edge then rip off the two wedges first and then rip it in half.
No mater how you looks at it, its 3 passes through the band saw. Unless of course you are ripping by hand.
