What is the most popular ordered style steel string guitar. If.... (NO!!!!) WHEN I order material for my first steel string guita build, I want to have the most desirable style...just in case it ends up being purchased.....(Probably over my dead body). I already have more guitars/banjos than I can play....but never seem to have enough.

a rosewood or mahogany dread sounds about right. some people still seem to thing that mahog is a cheap way out a "lower end" guitar wood. but from what i have heard and researched it can be the exact opposite.
