On a recent trip to Montana, I visited a saddlery where the leather artist was engraving some belts. The patterns he was using looked like they would make excellent vine-of-life displays on necks. I was asking his source and he told me about the Tandy Leather Company's "Doodle Pages". I've done a few web searches and I think this might be a gold-mine for those of us who are in need of inspiration.

Art,
My Dad (RIP) used to do alot of leatherwork and I was always looking through his pattern books.
I`m not sure if Tandy is still around, but that is one excellent source for patterns and tracings of most anything you want.
Thanks for the reminder.
Coe Franklin
