I am in Germany now... I just want to see if it's feasable to build guitars here, so I am wondering is there any luthier suppliers in Europe?

Hi Tai Fu !

I'm french and I bought a lot of tools and tonewood in Europe, and particulary in Germany... :P

For tools :
www.dick.biz

For tonewood :

www.espen.de
http://www.holz-faszination.de/home/index.php (expensive, but gorgeous wood)
http://www.designholz.com/ (the paradise if you can resaw the wood)

And there is a lot more... don't forget to search on ebay.de too... ;)

See ya !

Jojo

There's loads of suppliers in Europe! Here's just a few of them

http://madinter.com/b2c/index.php?idioma=2

http://www.maderasbarber.com/maderas.asp?lan=eng

http://www.riwoods.com/home.asp

http://www.best-eurospruce.com/index.html

That is just a few on continental Europe, plus there are more in the UK.

I got to know Andreas (Rall) at the Romanillos workshop in Spain two years ago, also Madinter paid us a visit with lots of great stuff.......

I can recommend both!
