I personally find Gibson acoustics to have the nicest body shapes of all the larger manufacturers. I was always looking for a J-185 plan, but none was available.

So I was very pleasantly surprised to find that LMI now offers a J-185 plan drawn by Scott Antes. This must be a very recent addition. I'll definitely get one of these next time I order other stuff at LMI.

Just wanted to share, as there may be others here who really like the J-185.

Oh Sweet!! I love the J185 design.
I hope someone builds one to the plan and tells us how it comes out
