I got a new Guitar on EBay with some lifting about 1mm on the back edge of the bass side of the bridge. Ballpark?

No answer for you Eric, sorry, but lots of questions....
Are you planning to do the work yourself or are you looking for someone to do it for you?
What kind of guitar is it? Perhaps a photo or two of the guitar and a close up of the damage would be good....
If it's "new" then why is it damaged?
If it's new and damaged, why not just send it back to the maker to be fixed?
