Here's how I repaired a Classical that had apparently been gored by a fork truck.
Replacing the damaged top and one or both sides seemed to be impractical, so I just made a cover. Of course, I reinforced the top and side first, and decided to add a preamp.
The guitar plays and sounds like it had never met the fork truck.
