OK so mainly aimed at the UK posters, but having seen the stunning work that the estemed Mr White does for so many of you and the beauty of his results, do any of the UK posters on here know of a similar UK version, 'a clone of JW', but this side of the great pond, that can apply such stunning finishes for a few pints of ale and a bag of crisps (Chips for our US cousins - the traditional meal of choice that marries well with the ale in our fine public houses..;-) - OK then for a reasonable and appropriate remuneration?

Thanking you all in advance.

Frank...check around your local body shops to see if you can find a finisher who also happens to have a passion for guitars. Perhaps you can convince him to try doing a guitar or two. That's where Joe came from and how he got started. I still have the first nitro guitar he ever sprayed. Without having had any experience at all, the guitar looks like it was finished by...Joe White!

As far as influencing him, I happen to know that Joe would do almost anything for dark chocolate! Who knows, he might even swim the Atlantic for the right stuff! laughing6-hehe

Frank,

David Wilson finishes Stefan Sobell's instruments and a number of other British single builders. I suspect it will cost more than beer and crisps though :D

Eeeps...

If that's Joe's private number, you might want to make sure he's ok with you posting it on the forums.
