READ THIS FIRST...

I thought it might be prudent to post my findings regarding a recent personal shop safety venture. The 3M dust masks I usually use have the rubber bands that break all the time...so I thought I would explore alternatives. It is my assertion that EVERYONE can benefit greatly from my testing. Thus I reveal it here. Further I suggest EVERYONE implement this new and improved way of keeping dust out of your lungs...so that YOU can stay in the shop!...

But first....I want you to see the device in it's original form. It worked FANTASTIC...but had it's drawbacks...

..SO I improved the design....but still was not satisfied....it must be PERFECT! The method was crude but it worked...a little....

..After much hard work and untold money and time (you know how expensive R&D can be)....the final result....

Copyrights...Trademarks...Patents...and all general claims of interest are heretofor available for 1 million dollars per device!!!

laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe laughing6-hehe I couldn't help it folks....I just couldn't....

Actually Rod we tested all the glue's.....

CA and Epoxy didn't allow for the proper facial expressions when throwing fits....
Hide Glue and Fish Glue released when the face got red from anger...
...and Titebond allowed the face mask to 'creep'......

Of course wrapping your head in Saran Wrap would guarantee no dust in the sinuses or lungs and becausae it's clear it can double as safety glasses. :D It would have a pretty severe side affect though. [xx(]

I tried wearing a scuba tank and mask but my back was killing me after about ten minutes.

Try working underwater, like in your local swimming pool. If you use enriched oxygen (Nitrox) you have a longer bottom time to work on you build.....lol
