The Zpoxy instructions will tell you as little as 6 hrs before you sand. My experience would suggest that for safety reasons you would be very wise to allow it to cure at least double that, and 24hrs or longer between applications would be even better. Rule of thumb, the greener the mix, the meaner the mix in terms of it's toxicity and the potential of the dust reacting with your skin and lungs creating ongoing sensitivity issues.
